About ME
Hey! I’m Lauren.
After 7 years of starting and running my own non-profit, I found my passion in helping others build and grow their businesses.
I have used Scaling Up methods for over 10 years and have seen them take many businesses to the next level.
I help companies clarify where they are going, set up a system to help them track progress, hold staff accountable, and see them achieve far beyond what they thought possible.
When I am not helping others build their businesses, I love to be with my family, wakesurf, hike, play outside with our Australian shepherd, and have recently taken up some abstract painting (thanks quarantine!).
